Gauges

Posted on

They may not look like much, but this is a full set of CiP spec headspace and chamber gauges for .223. They took 4 months to arrive and cost just over €1200!!! for the set, but they will be worth it and will ensure all our rifles conform to the current proofing standards.

Precision engineering to ensure that all rifles that leaving our workshop are within required tolerances to deliver accuracy, repeat-ability and most of all that they are safely proofed.

If you shop do around, don’t forget to ask our competition if they take the this responsibility to the same level of accuracy ?

AR15 Wyldeish

Posted on

This rifle was finished off today. It’s owner shoots Civ SR in Practical Optic and chose this for his build. It has a Lothar Walther 1:8 barrel chambered with our .223 Wyldeish reamer and topped off with a VG6 Gamma muzzle brake. The handguard is a Midwest Industries MI-17X and the buttstock is a MDT Carbine Skeleton model.  The trigger is one of the excellent Triggertech adjustable models and the whole rifle is finished in Troy Coyote Tan and Armor Black Cerakote. The magazine is Magpuls new Medium Coyote Tan and the paint was selected to be a near match to that.

The reason there are no screws in the handguard yet is because it has to come off when it goes for proofing later this week.

One of our 7075T6 CNC machined sidecharging handles is fitted to the left hand side.

Paint is Troy Coyote Tan Cerakote on the upper and RAL8000/Burnt Bronze Cerakote 50/50 mix on the barrel.
Finished this morning and already into Proof this afternoon.

M16A1

Finished this morning, a M16A1 retro build.
This iconic rifle style is familiar to everyone, and now that new manufacture retro parts are available builds such as this are once again possible.

This is as close to the original as I can make it with correct upper receiver, front and rear sights, flash hider and even the correct mag

Hope you like it (I’m sure you will) 🙂

About Us

Rifles With Pedigree

Bradley Arms likes nothing better than being on the range and shooting in competitive matches. We like to practice what we preach and feel everyone should partake in healthy competition. Not only is it enormous fun, but also proves that you should also back up your products and results go a long way towards achieving this, besides I feel that in our field we have an enviable reputation when it comes to winning trophies.

Today was the last day of the NRA McQueens sniping competition at Bisley, and determined not to let only my friends and cherished customers have all the fun I headed off to shoot a few rounds of this fantastically fun competition……and eventually shot the highest score in G Class (SO CSR rules) and take the win and be crowned champion for 2017

The target is a PC version of the Fig14 and is shot from 300yds.

ES is 5″ which equates to 1.66 MOA, not bad for a mag rested .223 🙂

We encourage everyone to shoot in competition and remember, what you buy from Bradley Arms has a proven track record unmatched by our rivals

This lovely package is for a chap called Stan.

He wanted something to use both on his home range as well as take it out with the rest of his club members and enjoy some quality range time and (we hope) partake in a few rounds of CSR.

It has a 18″ Med weight .223 barrel chambered with our modified .223 Wylde reamer to CiP specs, and is supplied with a Magpul UBR stock and MOE grip, a Samson Evolution fore-end and Tier-One Tac Brake and Spartan suppressor.

As well as this it is fitted with a Harris 6-9″ bipod and for indoor practice, is complemented with a CMMG .22lr conversion kit.

To see what’s going on and keep it within budget, it has been fitted with a Leupold Mark AR 4-12×40 scope and Vortex mount.

If you’d like to be like Stan too then pick up the phone, Bradley Arms are standing by waiting to take your order.

BAR 22

Posted on

This BAR-22 was finished off today.
It’s the first of the new batch currently being built.
I am calling it the Model 305M as the barrel is 305mm from breech face to muzzle face, which effectively gives it the look of a 10.2″ barrel, more or less the same as the MK18 CQBR, the M denoting it had a mid length handguard. OAL as pictured is 26 1/4″ or 665mm.

The barrel is a Lothar Walter in Special Rifle Steel with integral feed ramp and chambered in .22 Bentz.
Internals are from CMMG and I’m very pleased with the outcome.

There should be another along tomorrow.

BAR-15/XM177

Posted on

This is something I built some time back to commemorate the 250th Bradley Arms marked rifle.

It’s a replica of the original CAR-15/XM177

With a 12″ barrel in original “pencil” profile and fitted with an authentic .625″ FSB and Nodak Spud A1 upper receiver. I made the flash hider as close to the original spec as I could find and modified an original CAR style stock and buffer tube.

To complement all this, it comes with 2×20 and 2x 30rd USGI mags and for semi-auto fun to finish it off, a CMMG .22 conversion unit and magazines.

Very happy with the build….might even get around to building another some time.

Lothar Barrels

Getting ready today for a machining session on the CNC, these barrel blanks from Lothar Walther will soon have the breech ends machined before profiling and chambering into barrels for our highly desirable and world class BAR-22 rimfire rifles.

Fresh off the CNC and ready for final profiling, this batch of BAR-22 barrels will be in the lathe this week and hopefully start being delivered to customers shortly.

Geissele Automatics

Posted on

Here at Bradley Arms we are very happy to announce that this week I have been appointed the UKs sole “Official Importer and distributor” for all Geissele Automatics and ALG Defense parts and accessories for all UK commercial sales.

This means that all their vast range of triggers, handguards, scope mounts, buffer tube assys, LPKs, lubes, brakes, tools and everything else will be available in regular quantities in the UK, and at reasonable ungouged prices.

Geissele Automatics and ALG Defense have long been recognised as the best in the business when it comes to their products and their customer relations ethos is second to none, and I feel very privileged to have been chosen to head up the UK end for distribution and sales of their products.

Moving forward, you can rest assured that in future all Bradley Arms BAR 15 rifles will be built using the finest parts from these fine companies.
This is something I’ve been after for a long time, and Bill Geissele has been kind enough and recognised that more Geissele products, especially triggers, have been supplied, fitted and serviced by Bradley Arms than anyone else in the UK.

I have also been appointed their Warranty and Repair agent, so if you do break something of theirs, rest assured you will get the full satisfaction of the back up we can provide
Later this year I will be going to North Wales, Pennsylvania for full factory training and certification
Happy days ahead.
